I coordinated the Young Filmmaker’s Academy (YFA) youth program as a liaison between the Virginia Film Festival, educators at various Charlottesville elementary schools, and Light House Film Studio. In my development role, I communicated with corporate sponsors and served as a representative of the festival at all events. My role incorporated both youth.

As a HooVision intern I covered various UVA sporting events, but primarily worked the Men's Basketball games. I learned how to work the cameras and grip at John Paul Jones Arena in real-time during home basketball games, helped pre-game set up and post-game equipment breakdown, attended post-game press conferences and assisted the HooVision producers in.

As video editor for the Cavalier Daily I filmed content using DSLR cameras, produced video packages using Final Cut Pro, and incorporated newer streaming technologies like Facebook Live into our event coverage. I lead staff meetings and trainings, collaborated with my co-editor and staffers, and represented the video section at all-staff meetings. I.

I worked as a production assistant for the program Indonesia Now, on one of Jakarta's primary news channels Metro TV. I translated and transcribed scripts in English and Indonesian, assisted in audio dubbing into English, edited video packages using Final Cut Pro, and accompanied the producer to live shoots, events, and interviews.
