• Fabricating dental prosthesis by hand and by dental cad-cam software. • Operated the Nobel Biocare Procera scanner, Dentsply Sirona scanner and milling machine.• Taking full responsibility for entire cad-cam department in the lab. This included scanning, designing and milling prosthesis’. • Checking and cleaning the machines daily and servicing the milling machine weekly. • Troubleshooting any issues with designing on the dental software (software updates, backing up cases, glitches). • Helping to improve efficiency in speed of production.• As most of client cases were implants, familiarity with all implants and their fabrication was required.• Worked with the dentists on cad-cam cases in order to facilitate better communication.• Trained other employees on designing with each cad-cam software.
