Siobhan is a Chartered Surveyor and Founder/CEO of O'Dwyer Real Estate Management (formerly known as O'Dwyer Property Management). The firm has over 100 employees and specialises in Real Estate Management, Property and Facilities Services. in 1988 the firm originally set out to provide management services to investors, portfolio owners and trusts and the increase in Foreign Direct Investment enabled it to capture a significant part of the residential corporate market by offering multinationals including Intel quality accommodation for their expatriate executives. With the rise of the Celtic Tiger the firm expanded into Facilities and Estate Management and won appointments to manage many of the large scale mixed use schemes within the Dublin Docklands Regeneration areas and Strategic development zones. Further appointments to manage retail investments and business / office parks, expanded the firm into the Commercial Sector and institutional work followed with appointments to manage pension fund portfolios. In 2009 the firm responded to the economic downturn by developing Fixed Charge Receivership and Asset Management Recovery Services for NAMA and other Financial Institutions which also expanded its services across the whole of Ireland.The firm is now a large multi-disciplinary property services organisation with an extensive client base consisting of Irish and international institutions, State Bodies and High Net Worth individuals. A Fellow of the IPFMA and in 2011 Siobhan was elected by the Society of Chartered Ireland (SCSI) as the Inaugural Chairman of the Property and Facilities Management Professional Group and a Council Member for two terms.Siobhan has chaired various Professional Committees and Government appointed Advisory Bodies particularly in relation to Industry Regulation and Multi Unit Development leading to the legislative enactment of the PROPERTY SERVICES REGULATOION (PSRA) ACT 2011 and the MULTI UNIT DEVELOPMENT (MUD) Act 2011.
