The Power & Water Technology group is a global team delivering technology solutions and services to GE’s Power & Water businesses. The Solution Architect organization specifically focuses on the design of IM infrastructure solutions to address the business needs of the GE Infrastructure business. It is responsible for engaging PWT customers to understand their changing needs and requirements, as well as to find or design the best possible solutions to meet those needs.In my current role I am responsible for:- Coordinate with project teams and business analysts to translate detailed specifications into new or enhanced application solutions - Support a range of IT initiatives that engage Technology Services Group in Power & Water. - Responsible for major and complex assignments with long-term business implications; this role contributes to the overall business strategy and manages complex issues within functional areas of expertise - Design and deliver full and effective lifecycle testing of technology solution, including system test, integration test, regression test and user acceptance testing - Serve as primary interface to the Program Manager on delivery of the above

- Built expertise in supplier and customer masterdata (strategy, managements, data governance), data migration, data profiling/ cleansing, and Oracle r12 data requirments - Benchmarked masterdata needs across the legacy ERP landscape (4 different ERP systems in 7 locations)- Created a strategy and detailed operational plan for each site ERP team to identify, assess, profile, reconcile, quantify/measure 'cleanliness' , execute cleansing, and monitor. - Ensured strategy is executed by leading the data cleansing team

- During this 6 months I became familiar with the dPMM process while investigated the financeprocesses. Engaged all 18 finance analysis owners and conducted interviews with them. The results provided solid and clear landscape. Facilitated weekly meetings with stakeholders, owned and completed the project tasks for TG1 and vendor selection. Benchmarked with other businesses and made 7 vendors involved in our project. I was the SPOC for the vendors, evaluated theirproposals and completed the e-auction.

On my first rotation I am working on an acquisition integration and I am responsible for:- application mapping and creating a consolidated global landscape- leading contract reconciliation activities and identify savings opportunities, proactively manage legal transition- I own communication for end-users, define training materials and general IT onboarding for the user community- defining structure and manage the repository for IT knowledge management and team collaboration
