Each floor is 1268 m2 in area, consisted of 12 apartments divided by share walls, in which 4 of… Show more The Central Park Project is one of the best residential projects in the capital Erbil, the area of the plot is 41,000 Square Meters and it is consisted of 10 towers 9 of which are 22 floors and the last one is 30 floors. More than 2500 apartments are in the whole project, with a large landscape area for freshness and family entertainment and all other required services for the family comfort. Each floor is 1268 m2 in area, consisted of 12 apartments divided by share walls, in which 4 of them are of (3+1) 156 m2, 2 are (2+1) 100 m2, 2 are (2+1) 94 m2 and 4 are (1+1) 64m2. The project was first launched in 2012, but stopped in 2017 due to lack of fund. Started again in 2019 but stopped again for the novel corona. Then I decided with my ex-partner Diyar to work in this project and resuscitate the project with a new emergency plan, we succeeded very well in finishing part of the project and the first tower CP1 was handed to the owners in April 2023.In this role every single detail of the compound, has to go through me to on ground teams, to make the work go seamlessly and in fast pace.2 of the other buildings are in the finishing stage (CP2 & CP6), and the excavation of 4 other towers is going on to prepare it for the foundation stage.
