 Strictly adhere to all Company Technical and Operation Procedures. Distribute work in the oilfield, and prepare all necessary paperwork. Supervise work, and control work progress and work quality. Supervise, install, commission, troubleshoot, and maintain an extensive variety of products and equipment of pumping systems. Organize and control the maintenance of all equipment in accordance with the procedures. Train and coach new field employees, identify, and analyze. order and replace parts as needed, and be able to work in Novomet Sel-Pro to estimate and predict equipment technical work and state. Be responsible for recommendations for the recruitment of personnel within the actual area. Evaluate the quality and efficiency of field operations through personal observations, analysis of reports, and quality control. Conduct field visits for any assistance and supervision to improve the quality of the proposed service. Ensure the Company policies and procedures are well understood, accepted, and followed by field service staff. Assist in the preparation of budgets in responsible areas of work. Determine and recommend which products or services best fit the customers’ needs. Build and develop vendor-to-customer relations, stay in close contact with the clientthrough daily telephone calls, meetings. Participate in meetings with the client and be responsible for conducting internal operations meetings. Offer improvement suggestions and inventions related to electrical equipment ESP maintenance and upgrade, and new product suggestions. Be responsible for coordinating operational activities towards the clients and fulfilling their requirements. Be in charge of proper shipping document preparation to ensure that proper goods are shipped between the base and the oilfield. Communicate with transportation companies concerning field deliveries. Update on a regular basis all necessary reports.
