• Ensuring that invoices are properly authorized in accordance with levels of authority and allocate them to the correct supplier.
• Check figures against commission schedules for accuracy within specified deadlines
• Preparing journal entries, petty cash processes and cash flow
• Liaising with suppliers and responding to their queries either telephonically or via e-mail

• Capturing stock onto the system, conducting stock-count, maintaining the floor ready stock, responding to customer queries and ensuring the customer satisfaction.
• Provide system support telephonically to users
