My responsibilities span across the entire grant funding value chain from appraising; contracting; implementing; reporting, close-out, and post-implementation reporting.

I was responsible for the management of National Youth Service projects under the flagship of the Presidential Youth Employment Initiative. I managed a portfolio of 5 projects which mobilised and engaged over 20,000 young people in community work service across all the 9 provinces of South Africa. My responsibilities spanned from appraisal of applications; contracting; implementation; reporting and close-out.

I was responsible for the management of the Youth Employment Service project for the company on behalf of the Department of Environment, Forestry and Fisheries and other company wide projects. My responsibilities spanned from project conception; implementation; reporting and close out.
