New Model Project Leader Section Head
Current• Lead end-to-end project management for new car development & work with cross-functional teams including sales, designer & purchasing to continuously improve development process, resolve development issues and control the progress of each department activity through regular project meeting.• Prepare & present project development progress activity to top management by reporting project requirement achievement level and countermeasure for all founding issues.• Define Quality, Cost, Delivery, Management, Safety & secrecy target and ensure development process meet the target• Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing any issues that may impact project timeline & quality.• Monitor project budget actualization within budget and analysis project execution budget comparing to plan both for investment & expense.• Responsible for seeking cost down idea of general item and contribute to reduce business plan budget.
