CurrentManage and maintain Equipment such as 4no.s of 1000 tons chillers and 2no.s of 500 tone chillers and chilled water systems, BMS, water features, lift and escalators, Access cards, ACMV maintenance contractors, facade lighting contractors, LCD contractors, and genset servicing contractors.Assist Managers and executives with carpark lighting upgrading works Flurcent to LED and replace PGS systemLease with JW Marriott hotel for ACMV maintenance program and ensure chilled water supply is efficient for hotel’s operational Periodically checking all pumps such as chiller, CWP, transfer pumps, ejector, and Water feature pump conditions. highlight to the manager if it has an abnormal operation.Organise and manage the work of a team of maintenance technicians/handymen in preventive and corrective maintenance support in M&E systems and equipment.Control the execution of tasks for the maintenance team such as the Installation of new garden spike lights, replacement of halogen to LED lights, and new upgrading works Escort Deluge for monthly servicing of fire alarm system, check on-site whenever fire alarm activated such as SD, FS, MCP, sprinkle, and Hosereel.Guide technicians to resolve operational issues and problems such as aircon issues plumbing repair works and Electrical trip issues. Inspect facilities periodically to determine problems and necessary maintenanceHandle and manage Technical issues and troubleshoot/rectify the problem at the site. Replacement of urinal sensor and piston valve, bidet hose, and seat cover when it's spoiled. Maintenance of equipment inventory and list. Request to order new items if necessary. Manage maintenance work order requests from management. Coordinate and work with Technicians on the PM checklist, find out the root cause, and provide a solution to solve it. Focus on water conservationHave responded to the emergency as a CERT member in our building.
