Identify any abnormalities and execute immediate corrective actions to avoid major failures. Level 1 & Level 2 Support for entire DWDM, OTN and SDH Networks. Ensuring KPI and SLA compliance for customer complaints and Network FaultsCo-ordination with various cables landing station parties for identifying subsea faults (Fiber cut, Shunt faults) for NOC, Field support teams and internal teams for subsea cable repair operation.Repeated complaints analysis and providing the permanent solution for both network and customer complaints. Active participation in Service Affecting & Threatening Planned works related to network and customer.Activation & De-activation circuits PDH, SDH, Ethernet circuits and Clear channel circuits in GCX network NMS as per request from OPM Team ,And providing the support to customer for end to end testing & activation of link for first time use.
