★ At TCS Ignite - Innovation Labo Siva has led the project “Skill Catalogue” from ideation to post launch for the whole web application for the National Skills Development Council in India who wants to enhance the skills of illiterate construction workers.o As a part of this he personally visited to a huge construction site at Adibatla, Hyderabad to analyze, understand and gather requirements and collected needed data which is for 30+ construction skills and documented all of them with photographs and videoso Later he build the eLearning platform using Angular1x and Prezi with a team of 5 members and delivered the project to the government initiative.o He also developed 100s of scripts for glup, and unit tests with Jasmine and Karma to test Angular services, directives etc.
