Perform problem analysis and troubleshooting with possible solution as and when quality produced been deviated from customer requirements.Supporting on new project planning, especially on quality-related matters as test samples measurement, FMEA, Process Control Plan, Products Inspection Requirements, Process Capability Study and others.Core team for NPI team and participate the new production from prototype until mass production.Significant Accomplishments KAIZEN “ Man Power Utilization “Introduced the effective Inspection method at Final Visual Inspection and Outgoing Inspection to captures and avoid any defects skip to Box Build. Number of inspectors had been reduce drastically align with Cost of Quality reduction. Final Inspection yield and Box Build pass yield had been significantly improved as well. The project is to optimization the overall manpower for every line. Is this project is we achieved to reduce the total manpower from 7 person to 4person. KAIZEN “ Zero Defect Line “ The project is to improve the overall defect capture during manufacturing by implemented one piece flow which reducing the touches on the board. Establish Visual Management Program through Visual Management on plant wide.Establish Training Package Establish and train the Q.A. Department and Production related training package customized with Quality requirements.
