CurrentWorking on HRIS tool known as Employee Hub, which helps on tracking the Employee data.1) Handling several clients for Employee Hub application, over 90+countries globally. 2) Supporting go- live countries in terms of hyper care.3) Maintain certain tools which is related to the Employee Hub such as Neoforms, Validation Engines, Di Engines, Field Configurations, Prinmerge Lite, Record Selector and DocGen applications. 4) Coordinating with Internal Stakeholders for achieving customer success and Smooth operations.5) Understanding the Country Compliance with the help of Country Consultant and Local HR, To create the hold on client satisfaction.6) Handling internal team task, making sure on alignment, Daily updates on progress and helping to resolve the problems. 7) Maintaining audit data, Making sure audit criteria meets every month.8) Manual testing to Automation testing support, checking on each and every test cases and update the test cases as and when. 9) Always keeping myself updated with current technology and ensuring the system. Innovation and releases handling. 10) Coordinating with internal payroll team also the vendor in terms of Employee Hub data display on payslip and making sure pay period doesn't get affected.11) Make the configurations and implement on UAT, Preprod and Prod Instances.12) Handling Customer start from kick off call, discussing configuration workbook to go- live.13) Our process includes all our product teams that do Implementation, Configuration and Testing.14) BRD Creation (Business Required Document).15) API Testing in Post man tool.16) Service desk Tickets Handling.
