• Primarily responsible for sourcing & purchasing for PPE items related to the company’s operations in the United Arab Emirates, KSA and Oman; Spend pool USD 20 Million / year.• Identifying and developing potential vendors locally & globally for the right sourcing;• Conducting Requests for Proposal (RFP), Requests for Quotation (RFQ) & Requests for Information (RFI), evaluate submissions, and make award recommendations.• Analyzing and resolving vendor pre-qualification and compliance related issues;• Negotiating with suppliers and achieving better price, quality, values, Lead time and payment terms.• Manage the operational delivery and monitoring of contracts KPI & SLA’s to ensure all contractual obligations are fulfilled.• Continually performs cost-down and price analysis activities and develops alternative sources of supply in line with the established vendor accreditation and product evaluation procedures.• Execute on time in full (OTIF) efficiently to manage the internal schedule as well as customer expectations.• Arranges & presents Supplier Performance reports to the Sr. Manager on quarterly basis to identify initiatives to manage critical vendors.• Collaborating with other departments to resolve issues like performance delays to payment conflicts.• Performing risk management for supply contracts and agreements;• Tracking and reporting key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness;• Collaborating with 3PL team to ensure the on time receiving of inward shipments.

Strategic Purchase:• Creating policies and methodologies for sourcing function; identifying and developing vendors for better price, quality and delivery;• Identifying and developing potential vendors locally & globally for the right sourcing, • Provide strategic and functional support in Non-Projects Procurement and Document Control Functions while controlling relevant budgets and costs.• Capacity planning of vendors and ensuring strategic sourcing of materials in the areas having a concern;• Responsible for commercial terms, ensuring and developing suppliers' capabilities.• Developing quality suppliers, negotiating contract terms, and monitoring supplier performance;• Supporting maintenance divisions with sourcing, agreeing contract terms and negotiating commercial terms to ensure optimum total cost of ownership; and• Determine Logistic Partners for company to work with to handle sea, air & road and negotiate with them to provide best cost in least transit days.MRP:• Ensuring the forecast received from the sales and analyzing with the previous consumption and fixing the minimum stocks for purchase request auto-generation;• Maintaining optimum inventory as per contractual coverage with 99% availability• Aligning with the Sales and branding team to develop inventory strategies on existing items, new product introduction and product phase outs.• Preparation, documentation and approval of all purchase requisition based on MRP Planspurchase teams to make action on reordering.• Managing supplier database, supplier pre-qualification, supplier evaluation, contract review / negotiation;• Conducting the supplier audit with quality and industrial team to ensure the supply capacities and delivery quality;
