With over a decade of immersion in the IT field, I've honed an effective skill set that includes Service Design, UX Design, Business Process Transformation and Agile Methodologies.The culmination of these efforts was leading a transformative project that introduced Low Code platform capability using ServiceNow to automate a manual, error prone and human intensive finance business, evolving from manual to automated end-to-end business flow, and resulting in saving of over $500k per year. This initiative, alongside conducting impactful service journey workshops, underscores my commitment to continuous improvement and the power of technology in streamlining line of business processes, resulting improved efficiency and reduced costs.
