Managed an organization responsible for design, implementation and delivery of multiple software products and was responsible for building and mentoring development, QA, sustenance and build/release team. Pioneered and driven integration efforts within and outside team and managed geographically distributed team, delivered complex integrations in the midst of interest and priority conflicts.
