My job role provides support for researching and designing learning solutions to best-practice industry standards considering the most appropriate learning medium for the audience. I have in-depth knowledge of subject matter to deliver knowledge and skills across all relevant areas of learning in Media Contact DB which is now part of GlobeNewsWire. My role is to train the new hires on process training to collect data and also to train them to use the back-end UI to update the collected data. I have also handled “Refresher Training for the existing employees to update their skills during their mid-probation period. As of Sep 2017, I have trained 56 batches with around 550 employees in my career history with positive feedback.I also provide support to Mid-level managers (production) to enhance their team member’s performance through Error Analysis, Employees’ Performance Analysis and Performance Improvement Programs. I have conducted professional development program for the whole group of 85 employees on Typing Skill Development, Proof Reading Skill Development, Group Discussion Skill, Book Reading Skill, Public Speaking Skill, Presentation Skill, Benefits of e-learning, Listening Skill and Behavior & Attitude Coaching.I am also active participant of Nasdaq Pathway Mentoring Program from the beginning, for the past two years.Additional Responsibilities other than Training:I am handling (POC) nine member team (Consultant) who work for IR Suite, Marketing Support/Lead Generation (Data Mining) for BWise, Smarts, Sales Force (SFDC) and Market research for Corporate Solutions. I have good knowledge in Eloqua Oracle tool to create email templates for internal communication, MiFID II events, MiFID II newsletters, Commodities newsletters, FIA Expo 2016, Boca 2016, Trade Talk weekly newsletter and landing pages with registration forms.
