As an incoming freshman with a keen interest in Environmental Economics, I am eager to embark on a journey of academic exploration and personal growth. My passion for promoting a circular economy has been the driving force behind my social venture, Utopia, which I founded over three years ago. Through Utopia, I have honed my skills in project management, hands-on execution, and driving social impact within the community.Beyond my entrepreneurial endeavours, I am excited about leveraging my academic pursuits to further understand the intersection of economics, business and environmental sustainability. My internship experiences have provided valuable insights into the potential social impact that companies can achieve through innovative business solutions. Additionally, my involvement in primary research and part-time work at the Svasara Lodge, where I contribute to research and design efforts, underscores the importance of data-driven decision-making in addressing environmental challenges.Outside of academia and professional pursuits, you can often find me immersing myself in nature at India's national reserves, where I passionately pursue sightings of the majestic tiger. I am committed to leveraging my experiences, both academic and extracurricular, to contribute meaningfully to the field of Environmental Economics and Sustainability and drive positive change within our communities.
