Managing the sourcing/development of work experience/graduate level employment opportunities for Aston University Postgraduate students and recent graduates.

Supporting the development of business growth and enterprise activities across all schools in Aston University.

Providing post-award research support and contributing to projects across the Jubilee Centre for Character and Virtues.

Working with new and existing businesses, supporting SME growth within the Health and Wellbeing sector.

Managing the Design and Quote Team, reporting to the Head of Operations. Facilitating the timely and accurate production of all PV, Thermal and Heating quotes and system design specification. Building relationships with a network of assessors across the UK. Liaising with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure up to date guidance and information on UK renewable industry procedures, standards and government legislation (such as ECO funding applications and Green Deal applications).

Providing high quality customer service and travel planning/booking services to the members of the teachers credit union.

Managing the Volunteer and USA Internship department. With over 100 Volunteer projects internationally running from 2 weeks to 2 years. Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders such as other NGO’s (nationally and internationally), University contacts and partners. Departmental business strategy and development, industry policy design and development, creating and delivering a departmental comm's plan including organising/attendance at marketing events and conferences, radio interviews, website development, social media account creation and management and presenting to large groups. Assisting volunteers with all aspects of preparation including cultural preparation, fund raising and vaccination advice etc. Created USIT’s first Child and Vulnerable adult protection policy, which has since been used as part of Volunteering Ireland’s “pilot 6” programme as an example of best practice protection policies for various NGO’s, particularly in the Volunteer sector.
