Since I was young, I was always amazed at what technology could do. Right when we believe that this is the greatest technology and nothing could surpass it, a newer and even more robust technology comes out which completely out classes something that came out only a few years ago. That constant change and revolutionary nature of technology is what keeps me driven to continue to reinvent and learn day by day.I’m a self directed, driven individual who likes to embrace change head on and see how technology and processes can be improved to create a product that is even better than what was originally anticipated. With experience in few different roles within a short time, I have learned to adapt to change quickly and learn new skills to succeed in any endeavor. My main passion though has been leading and directing projects and people from project inception to project completion as a project manager.As an excellent communicator, I find joy in working with people from all different levels to achieve something greater than the individual components. I also have worked in both small and large projects in a variety of different roles which has helped me grow as a team member and as a leader so that I can take any hurdle head on. Through my career, I have learned to continue to challenge myself and team members to tackle problems with creative problem solving to deliver products that have surpassed original product expectations.
