1 Worked in Account Opening Department where I was responsible to process the account request forms and was involved in different sub processes related to that2 Management appreciated my performance and shifted me to Instructions and Service Request Department. I was taking care of all day to day responsibilities of Operation & Service Delivery (O&SD). Here I got opportunity to explore my skills on core banking back office processes. My responsibilities include SR Handling, Processing Instructions, Publishing MIS to different branches and Coordinating with branches to make sure that all RBI adherence are followed3In appreciation to continuous good performance I got selected for Financial Bonus and management shifted me to Document Verification Unit.
