Served as the only full-time graphic designer for the six entities that comprise the Masons of California. Provided internal, membership, and public communications. Developed online and print content, including advertorials, fundraising, annual reports, marketing collateral, photography, and editorial layouts. I was the managing creative editor of California Freemason magazine. Managed consulting designers, photographers, creative services vendors, and marketing calendars. Administered a $52,000 budget. Guided the creative direction of the organization.• Exceeded attendance goals by 30 percent for the 2017 UK Tour and produced the largest attendance in two years for the 2017 California Masonic Symposium.• Surpassed attendance goals by 10 percent in 2017 and 2018 for the UCLA International Conference; achieved the highest-ever attendance in 2017 (increase of 16 percent).• Implemented the communications project management tool, Flow, improving the departments production and marketing plan processes, as well as provided a new level of transparency with departments throughout the organization.• Led a redesign of California Freemason magazine and conducted a survey of readership among the 60,000+ subscribers worldwide. Results indicated 70 percent of respondents read every issue and 60 percent share articles with non-members.
