Benefits Director
Current• Administer employee benefits programs, such as group medical, dental, vision, accident, life, disability, and 401(k)• Administer Open Enrollment annually for the company: reviewing vendor rates, facilitating open enrollment meetings for employees• Review and alert newly eligible full-time employees of their benefit eligibility on a monthly basis• Assist employees with enrollment through Employee Navigator• Ensure enrollment changes are entered appropriately in Paylocity for payroll deductions• Audit monthly premium statements for accuracy • Resolve inaccuracies with the carrier representatives• Maintain ACA compliance through Paylocity• Participate in other HR, Benefits or Payroll activities along with the HR team as needed.
