Direct sales responsibility for the Wal-Mart Infant/Toddler business (Underwear & Socks). Provided analytical supported for $300MM+ Hanes Male Underwear business at Wal-Mart. Responsible for business planning, sales analysis, building promotional plans and handling the buying group requests.Major Achievements- Grew business from $10MM to $30MM in 3 years. Gained Placement of Infant/Toddler socks, which was a new category for the Hanes brand.

Responsible for projecting future sales based on the analysis of actual historical shipments, customer inventories, and point of sale information. Worked closely with Wal-Mart, sales teams, marketing, customer service and production planning. Responsible for creating retail ladders, maintaining demand for production planning and sales forecasts for a $118MM business. Presented forecast to all levels within the organization including the division CEO, corporate sales teams and retail customers. Responsible for the execution of embellished product lines from issuing and tracking work orders for production to organization and control of outside vendors for embellishment. Responsible for reducing total supply chain costs from manufacturing to customer.Major Achievements- Set-up Guatemala Distribution Center from finding a site location to completion of an operating facility.- Redesigned layout of the Mexican and Puerto Rican Distribution Centers.- One year project in Toronto, Canada analyzing physical business structure and developing recommendations for the appropriate structure to service their LRP.

Managed the packaging department at the 225,000sq.ft. Hanes Her Way distribution center.
