Focused on the full utilization of the system by administrators and users. As a member of the Staff Development team, I have made it my mission to analyze the current systems of training tracking and curriculum and course design for all aspects of the non- profit. I am currently targeting the assessment of the current course and the strategic utilization of the LMS with regard to automation of management tools and job certification requirements.

As a consultant with GDC, I worked in various areas of client operations such as accounting, human resources, customer service, marketing, inventory tracking, and collections. My specific focus was to learn the technological systems in place and the processes that surrounded the unit modules. After learning the systems I was tasked with documenting current state processes and developing and analyzing future state processes. I then would work with the necessary teams to implement the newly proposed process changes.

As a program assistant I was responsible for aiding with the daily operations within the University Center for Academic Excellence. Along with helping with scheduling appointments and data entry and analysis of student evaluations I held a full schedule of various subject tutoring appointments. In my second year of tutoring I designed, taught and managed a supplemental course for a large group of College Algebra students.
