Professionally, I am an experienced senior People & Culture leader with diverse experience across professional services, legal, automotive, insurance and retail. I am passionate about creating environments that help people to thrive and supporting the development of talent to enable organisations to succeed. I have broad experience across the whole HR lifecycle, with a focus in employee relations, remuneration, organisational design and talent management. I am currently leading the P&C function at Infrastructure Advisory Group, a specialist consulting and advisory firm specialising in delivering a broad range of services across the infrastructure project lifecycle.
