International private equity investment group with a diversified portfolio of assets (net assets value > $500 million), investments in Eastern Europe and Post-Soviet states: Pharma & Health, FMCG, Real Estate markets.Areas of responsibility included strategic planning and implementation, operational and technological development, strategic projects development.• Implemented a new operational model, combining e-commerce solutions with supply chain management.
