Senior Project & Communications Executive - The Architect
CurrentThe Ripple Effect being a start up business, required effective and classy communication for brands to recognise the company’s values. My initiatives in planning online and offline content, executing social media strategies and supervising BTL and TTL content communication was vital for other brands to take notice and associate with it. My role saw the participation of super brands like PEPSI, Kenwood and De'Longhi (to name a few) on board and sponsor the company’s independent events and utilise the brand’s creative services. Content generated for press releases saw my articles published as well as identified by social media platforms. My responsibilities of effective communication paved way for new opportunities for The Ripple Effect.• Planned and executed rolled out projects and campaigns• Created operational action plans for sponsor acquisition, retention and satisfaction• Worked along-side the Creative Director to develop marketing plans to improve the brand’s performance• Formulated a database of clients which generated a 62% client response rate• Designed adverts and flyers on promotions and offerings to engage clients• Networked extensively at PR events and expanding connections • Managing the business’ social media presence through generating and publishing content by maintaining social media calendars• Responsible for regional PR plan and coverage through press invites and attending PR related events• Handled content creation for all communication channels• Raked in the sponsorships of SEL Rent-a-car, Kenwood and PEPSI whilst key account managing these accounts through compiling prompt reports and follow ups• Recruited over 40+ temporary and freelance employees based on various project scopes and deliverables• Coordinated of offline and online campaigns• Developed, managed and executed digital strategies and integrated campaigns
