About Stephen Matney, Pmp

Prior to joining AGVIQ, LLC I was employed by two local environmental firms where I managed Investigation and Remediation projects for Federal, Municipality, Commercial, and Industrial clients across the CONUS. I have has over sixteen years of project management experience in the environmental investigation and remediation field. This includes managing and providing site supervision for remediation projects within the regulatory framework of the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), Comprehensive Environmental Resource Compensation and Liability Act (CERCLA), Superfund Amendments and Reauthorization Act (SARA), Clean Air Act (CAA), Clean Water Act (CWA) and specific state (VA,MD,DC,NC,SC,GA,PA,AZ) regulations programs. I have performed and implemented removal actions as a Site Manager for remediation and site restoration projects for 16 years.
