After moving from the Mornington Peninsula, Victoria, to study at the University of New South Wales - Canberra and carry out military training as a member of the Australian Army, I decided to remain in nation's capital.Discharging from the Australian Defence Force, an opportunity for a career change into sales presented itself. Joining the team at Phillip Mazda (then Slaven Mazda), I quickly learned the ropes of this new industry and worked my way to the role of sales manager. My first three years in the role saw records set and then broken, then broken again. This repeated again, for new metrics, over the years following. As a senior manager at the dealership, I helped shape the policies and procedures driven by pandemic and ensured that our business could still thrive during these uncertain times.I am intrinsically driven to not only succeed, but excel in all of my endeavors.Over the years, I have demonstrated a high level of competency in all aspects of management, problem solving, data analysis and strategy development. Though, like an iceberg, there is a whole lot more to what I am capable of.
