I’m a talented IT manager with a strong background in science, software development and IT service delivery. I understand the IT infrastructure needs of scientists and have worked with many. I am experienced in providing high quality IT services to a large number of users. I have worked on negotiating, designing and establishing IT infrastructure for several large scale science projects. I have effectively lead distributed teams on national projects. I am able to draw stakeholders together and communicate high level IT concepts to them when initiating projects.I enjoy working on science projects with scientists and achieving results. I gain satisfaction from working on projects that benefit our country Australia. I enjoy working in a talented team whether in a leadership role or not.I am interested in continuing my career down the path of managing the delivery of IT infrastructure for national science projects.
