Stichting Zonnebank wil Breda van zonne-energie voorzien door het realiseren van zonne-energieprojecten op grotere daken en terreinen. Wij geloven dat deze grotere projecten beter werken als er een grotere draagkracht voor is. Daarom richt Stichting Zonnebank zich met name op die projecten waarbij naast bedrijven ook andere partijen als werknemers, buurtbewoners of andere geïnteresseerden betrokken worden. Met brede kennis en expertise, een sterk lokaal netwerk en mogelijkheid tot voorfinanciering van het ontwikkeltraject hoopt Stichting Zonnebank bij te dragen aan de versnelling van de energietransitie.

- Operational management of the technical installations of 15 locations of the Rijksvastgoedbedrijf (±1 mln.)- Proposal and implementation of risk based maintenance at a hospital resulting in a 5-year contract.- Managing a process improvement program at an insurance company.- Project management to revise the Imtech maintenance library (25+ project members).- Supporting the development of a Maintenance Engineering department.- Product management of three maintenance products.

- As part of the global Technology & Competence Development staff of Imtech Marine I helped with developing and implementing a roadmap to direct our technological development (100+ people involved).This resulted in four strategic products in the first year.- As Business Developer at the department Building Services I developed a strategic plan for the organization to create higher value for our customers. Moreover, I was involved in several projects to create new business propositions. This resulted in a plan for the healthcare market and two new propositions. - During this traineeship I have had ten full weeks of training in communication, project management, sales, finance, personal effectiveness, strategy, change management, HR, politics, and leadership.
