sarahquinto.me When your job is to be “creative” it’s easy to be enthusiastic about every opportunity given to you. I’ve been in the advertising industry working as an art director for a variety of clients such as Petro-Canada, Nissan, Accessible Media Inc, CIBC, Tim Hortons, KitchenAid, and Consonant Skin+Care to name a few.My work has been recognized and featured on Advertising and Design Club of Canada, Canadian Marketing Association, Applied Arts, The Drum, The Message, and more. Some highlights:• Being the lead creative team on the Olympic Campaign in my first three months of employment. It ended up being a cross-country video shoot with 8 up and coming athletes! It was overwhelming for little Sarah, but not so intimidating now.• Evenings were spent learning to illustrate and create simple animations for smaller budget social posts.• Wore a lot of hats to produce a video series about computers being threatened by humans taking over their jobs for a not-for-profit company. Hats included producer, writer, set designer, art director, DOP, and director. (I am a frequent DIY-er in real life, and apparently, in the workforce.)• Talked for weeks about female masturbation to produce a podcast.
