Responsible for Project Managing implementations of Microsoft ERP solution ‘Dynamics AX’. Key Responsibilities include:• Optimise the profitability of allocated projects for Touchstone• Ensuring realistic project plans are developed, that are agreed with clients to enable Touchstone to set and meet their expectations• Lead and manage the allocated project team(s)• Organise project resources so that actions are taken to ensure that delivery stays on-plan• Manage changes to the project through the appropriate change control mechanisms• Maintain reporting metrics to enable senior management to review the effectiveness and progress of projects• Support with Solution Architect role in designing the overall solution for the client
