The division is wholly owned subsidiary of FITTERS Diversified Bhd involved in notable theme park construction projects like Kidzania, Hello Kitty, Barney & Friends, Universal Studios Singapore, Legoland etc. I was responsible to manage the overall operational matters of the theme park design and construction division. This position requires me to work closely with our Creative Director on budgeting and costing matters.

My responsibility is to ensure that the overall business units within the FITTERS Group are operating efficiently and effectively in achieving the Group's targets and objectives. As part of my core function, I am responsible to monitor the compliance of the Groups operational policies across the Divisions and businesses. These include assisting in:- Managing and monitoring the work and results of the Group Operations Team (manufacturing, trading, services and theming construction business units) to ensure achievement of business objectives, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and compliance with regulatory requirements- Planning, structuring, implementing and improving workflow and processes whilst retaining a high level of quality control on output- Working closely with the Profit Centre Managers of the respective divisions within my care to plan the long term business direction and development initiatives of the Group as well as to monitor compliance of core operational policies across the Divisions and business units in the Group- Championing a culture of excellence, driving implementation of the Groups operational initiatives and change programmes to improve operational efficiency and productivity of the Group- Putting in place Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) within the Group to enhance operational efficiency and good corporate governance within the Group- Tracking and monitoring the progress of Operating Companies within the Group in terms of financials, ie operating costs, profitability, manpower, etc., against the approved budgetNotable Achievements:- Leading Fire Resistance Door Manufacturer - Marketing of safety apparels and fire fighting equipment - Marketing of portable hand-held fire extinguisher- International recognised Theming Contractor with projects like Universal Studios Singapore (Transformer & Journey to Madagascar), Kidzania Malaysia, Hello Kitty, Bob the Builder, Legoland Malaysian etc.
