I provide a multitude of experience in a variety of design and production processes as a mechanical design and engineering specialist with more than 4 years of experience. Among the areas in which I have experience are mechanical detail drawing and design, concept sketch design and import, Class A and B surface design, sheet metal design, wire harness design and routing, 3D modelling, reverse engineering, assembling, benchmarking, tolerance stack-up, GD&T, DMU, kinematics, engineering BOM, and costing BOM preparation.I have a good background in design for manufacturing (DFM) and design for assembly (DFA), and I have a strong emphasis on high-volume manufacturing. I also have a deep understanding of functional dimensioning, geometric tolerancing, and statistical tolerance analysis methods.I have experience in product development and am familiar with DFMEA, PFMEA, problem-solving, failure analysis on products and processes, ECN, PCN release, kaizen, six sigma, material selection, vendor coordination, audit, PPAP, APQP, technical assistance, evaluation, testing, and validation.I have expertise in a number of software programmes, including AutoCAD, Creo, Catia, Inventor, UG-NX, Ansys Structural (Basic), MoldFlow, PLM, SAP, and MS-Office.I am a meticulous professional that takes pleasure in my work and aspires to provide the best degree of quality in all I do.
