Current- Coordinating with hiring managers on daily basis and updating him about the daily work done by the team and taking feedback for all the submittals made on the previous day.
- Taking new requirements from the account manager and distributing among the team to work on those positions.
- Responsible for full Recruitment Life Cycle which includes defining job requirements, job posting, sourcing, qualifying candidates, scheduling interviews, obtaining interview feedback.
- Understanding the client's requirement thoroughly then screening and short-listing the candidatures in accordance to the requirement.
- Conducting preliminary interviews with candidates to ascertain their competencies, skills and aspirations (based on work, position, salary and relocation etc.).
- Approving the submissions and forwarding the submittals to the account manager.
