With a leadership experience of 2+ decades in Technology, People and Business Management across an array of roles, I serve as a Technology, Business, and Idea Leader, who brings forward new ideas that drives the development of a future technology strategy across tools and technology and business systems. I also hold a track record of managing large-scale, complex projects (from initiation to delivery) across global locations and collaborating with leadership teams to evaluate technology challenges and produce qualitative/quantitative results.Throughout my tenure I lead strategic and operational planning to achieve core business goals; prioritize technology initiatives, and coordinate the evaluation, deployment, and management of current and future technology systems. I spearhead teams to architect, design, and implement successful IT projects that align business and IT objectives and deliver rapid results and lead mission-critical program deliveries tied to Comcast's strategic product and service. My contribution also lies towards strategic systems integration strategy definition and execution and full accountability of financial forecasting, budgeting, and planning of key projects.Major chunk of my career revolved around leading cross-functional Agile Engineering teams to deliver multiple programs and projects against aggressive delivery timelines and strengthened strong partnerships with peers and leadership to drive strategy, business, and decision making; led planning and execution to define business OKR’s and KPIs. I provided leadership in the SDLC process during requirements gathering, MVP definition, analysis, system design, risk analysis, implementation, testing, release and post deployment along with managing the relationship and delivery of external software development programs with critical partners.
