About Skarly Avendano
Hi there!I am a provider network and Credentialing Team Lead who thrives on bringing in providers to help service members who need in-home care services or transportation to medical appointments. I am passionate about recruiting and growing provider networks by educating providers on what the company is about and what we do. I have accomplished building an app, like Lyft, for drivers to help the company track the driver if they cannot look for the member’s home, how far they are, and how to get from one place to another. When I am not recruiting, I am always looking to assist with credentialing and understanding it. I put together Excel spreadsheets to keep track of our daily, weekly, monthly, etc. goals and accomplishments that my co-workers and I can look back on.My experience has taught me to build strong relationships with all departments in an organization. I have the ability to work within a team as well as cross-team and independently.Skills/Interests: Bilingual | Filing | Faxing | Scanning | Microsoft Word | PowerPoint | Excel | Accounting Technology | Business Operation | Business Specialist | Business Management | Data entry and Analysis | Teamwork orientated| Organizational Skills
