Primary function of this position is to assure that the completed project meets all quality requirements of the contract. Project worked on is a for Cold Regions Research Facility (CRREL) in Hanover NH and managed by the United States Army Core of Engineers (USACE). Project involved construction pre-engineered metal building to house custom Cold Chamber Enclosure. This climate chamber is for testing military Humvee vehicles and has capacity to modulate temperature from -85 degrees F to 185 degrees F at a rate of 2 degrees F per minute. Development of contractor quality control (CQC) plan that outlines for entire team the required standards of quality construction. Schedule, lead and document preparatory, initial, and follow up meetings for each definable feature of work. Conduct QC weekly progress meetings following developed agenda and produce timely meeting minutes. Maintain and manage submittal and RFI documentation utilizing both USACE RMS computer server program and P&S server files. Review all incoming submittal documents for completeness and compliance with contract documents. Monitor activities of subcontractors to ensure materials, installation and construction comply with contract requirements.

Middlebury Snow Bowl

U14 Alpine ski racing coach. Dry land training, on snow skills development, free skiing, and gate training. Coach and represent when travelling to various regional council ski races. Mentor, ski and coach with the Mountain Team, all mountain skiers' aged 7-16 who ski the entire mountain from border to border, participate in skills development drills, gate training and local ski races but do not travel to council races.

Williston, Vermont, United States

Project management of 4 million dollars of scope including Plumbing, Mechanical, HVAC, Insulation, Test and Balance, and Automatic Temperature controls trades for the new 58,000 SF K1 base lodge at Killington Ski Resort. Project development through design build process involves ongoing change order development, negotiation and approvals. Building is currently being constructed in extreme winter conditions directly adjacent to occupied existing K1 base lodge. The second phase of the project will involve demolition of exiting lodge and construction over this footprint with November 2020 scheduled completion date.

Manage the MEP trades during the construction phase of a new 160,000 SF manufacturing facility in Lebanon, NH. Primary trades to coordinate include Mechanical, Electrical, Fire Protection and Controls. Support Project Manager and Superintendent regarding MEP sequencing, field coordination, submittals, punch lists, information requests and on-site MEP quality control. Provide in-house review of mechanical, plumbing, fire sprinkler and electrical submittals for conformance with the contract documents and design intent prior to submission to Engineer of Record. Review all MEP Requests for Information and forward to Engineer of Record or other answering party as needed. Direct the project MEP Coordination Drawing Process including leading weekly coordination meetings and following up with meeting minutes. Review and evaluate on-site MEP installation work. Consult and provide direction to Project Superintendent and MEP Contractors on commissioning activities. Keep the Project Manager and MEP Manager apprised of potential design, cost and schedule implications due to changes in the MEP work. Facilitate and manage the Energy Management System (EMS) shop drawing process, hardware install, and commissioning. Coordinate the EMS work with Owner, other trades, and 3rd party Commissioning Agent.
