But what really sets us apart is our focus on helping business leaders to develop their people and build winning teams.As a senior member of our Product team, my primary focus is on increasing the value, adoption and stakeholder satisfaction of the 2 products I am responsible for (Benefits Administration and ACA) while also evaluating new product concepts to drive further revenue growth. This is accomplished through my:--Regular customer and stakeholder interaction to share new product concepts, gather insights and validate expected results from recent product enhancements--Constant cross functional collaboration with other Engineering, Product Design/UX, Client Service/Implementation, Alliances, Sales, Product Marketing, Legal and Finance leaders--Definition of product vision, strategy and development roadmaps based upon customer needs, market research and attention to the most impactful spoken and unspoken stakeholder challenges--Creation of KPIs/OKRs to assess product improvement successMy work has included:--Extensive Customer Discovery, market research and competitive analysis to create the vision and roadmap for a complex, multi quarter redesign of our core workflow system--Collaboration across a large number of development teams to execute the above plan that is already yielding up to 90% reduction in workflow development time, eliminating 97% of failed workflows and reducing maintenance/support costs by 25%--Being selected to present at our first annual user conference --Securing executive alignment for a multi quarter modernization of our ACA product
