This involved high stakeholder interaction, precise roadmap feature planning and backlog prioritization for two software development teams--Led the planning and launch for one of our largest single quarter reporting initiatives, which involved prioritizing work for 4 development teams, creating 10 new reports and completing 25 existing report enhancements --Co-led project to establish our first integrated COBRA/CDH product partnership with WageWorks --Coordinated user testing interviews/surveys of 20+ clients in planning for Org Chart and Directory (+Mobile) product functionality -
