I have over 20 years experience in various aspects of the SDLC waterfall and Agile from documentation through development to test, both functional and stress/integration testing primarily using Java and Python.Professional development is a practice and passion for me in everything I do. I worked for over seven years on improving IBM's diversity programs and Intellectual Property programs. In the Diversity work I helped lead the program for a site of over 8000 employees. I am an awarded inventor and have published on IP.com. I get my greatest joy in the workplace from working with a diverse team on fast paced challenging projects across disciplines. Specialties: Cybersecurity issues/tools/policies/research, Java Software design/development/test, brain storming, mentoring, coaching, diversity strategy in business practices and invention process development.I also volunteered for several years aiding the IBM National Engineers Week initiative in the Hudson Valley when I lived there.
