As a Data Services Technician at Coastal Carolina Community College (CCCC) for over 15 years, I provide IT support and troubleshooting for a wide range of computer hardware, software, and devices on campus and at various satellite locations. I install, repair, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, tablets, interactive displays, printers, scanners, and other peripherals, as well as configure and update various software applications. I also assist with maintaining departmental documentation and asset inventory, and coordinate with the Computer HelpDesk to ensure timely and quality service for students and faculty.I have a strong passion for information technology and a keen interest in learning new skills and tools to enhance my performance and efficiency. I have earned multiple certifications from LinkedIn and Microsoft, such as SharePoint Online, Career Essentials in Generative AI, and Career Essentials in Project Management. I have also developed skills in Microsoft Windows 10/11, various forms of computer hardware, and computer consultation, which I use to provide insight and solutions for internal department improvement and customer satisfaction.
