As an assistant professor, I created and oversaw an active program of research that used experimental research and design to examine how individual differences in emotion knowledge predicted behavior. As an assistant professor, I focused on research, teaching, and service. Specifically, I: ● Served as a principle investigator for numerous complex projects. Specific activities included literature review, determination of project objectives, execution of data collection and analysis, and communication of project findings through peer-reviewed journals and professional presentations.● Managed and supervised an active research laboratory with up to 6 team members at any given time.
