Network is a hybrid star mesh, including a vpn. The network consists of Windows server 2008 and Windows 10 desktops. Network software includes pos system with scanning, accounting, CRM and productivity suites. In addition to typical I.T. support for staff, maintenance and repair, other responsibilities include; webmaster/developer, database administrator, Google Apps for Business administrator, multimedia director - assisting with the marketing department producing videos and graphic content. Software includes Sony Vegas, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator.I also collaborate with department managers to determine both technical and business goals. Evaluate the newest and most innovative technologies and determine how these can benefit Sunheat and overall workflow. Other responsibilities are to direct and review the work of 3rd party systems programmers, support specialists, and other computer related workers. Develop and initiate training. Determine system and program testing needs and requirements.

I was employed as part of the studio crew and camera operator at KHAS-TV in Hastings, NE where I eventually moved into editing commercials and directed local newscasts. In 1987, I moved to Tucson, AZ, where I worked as a camera operator at the NBC affiliate KVOA and then moved to the engineering department of KTTU-TV. While at KTTU-TV, I became producer/director of local commercials and live productions. Traveling to Mexico, our team produced commercials for the resort area of Rocky Point (Puerto Penasco, Mexico). In the time I was at KTTU-TV, the Creative Services division was recognized with over 20 local ADDY wards and nominated for a local EMMY award.
