Organizing a clear management structure, role descriptions, management lines, resource allocation and time-keeping; as well as recruitment, setting objectives and performance reviewing - Deliver high quality of operational and strategically management to the business measured against several KPIs- Manage various technology/business projects and budgets- Develop and communicate operational policies and procedures- Manage Quality assurance and documentation processes of technology stack- Perform risk analysis, capacity planning and bench marking performance and the market status quo.- Implement (global) IT policies and procedures, including those for architecture, security, disaster recovery, purchasing and service provisioning/decommissioning- Actively participating in business development efforts, such as pre-sales meetings, proposal writing, project estimation/scoping activities, resource allocation, and account planning.
