As a person he is fun to have in theam and he shows a great team spirit with a very good can-do attitude. Technically I could not have done without him. He shows a deep insight in the technical issues and is very quick in picking up new technologies. Give him a problem and he will methodically work on finding a good solution and implementing that solution. We did a few major projects in upgrading an SQL cluster together with a big SAN and VmWare ESX expansion and without his knowledge, insight and trouble shooting skills it would have taken a lot more time and seriously more disruption of service for our customers. All in all I can highly recommend Sander, if you get the time to bring him into your team you should do so immediately!"
