Current- Built systems of database integration and network-wide maintenance servicing our client base of over 3,000 websites.- Developed and maintained a system of over 1,000 UI/UX custom controls leveraging vanilla PHP within the WordPress and Elementor libraries providing a increase of efficiency to our design and customer service teams of 25%. - Updated and further developed our online P.O.S. system via React, Redux, and Stripe integration resulting in a system of session management to reduce data loss and increase customer retention.- Further investigated and proposed security measures to protect new systems of payment and increased customer security.- Established and lead the initiative to implement a system of scalable testing. This initial suite of acceptance tests led to an immediate increase in efficiency of about 25% in our deployment process leading to safer deployments with further plans to expand the suite to unit, integration, end to end, and visual regression testing. - Led initiatives for team wide standardization of code comments, standards, and review resulting in an increase in efficiency of our GitFlow processes.- Daily led as Scrum Master responsible for on-the-fly documentation and process reporting enabling the team to focus on the tasks at hand.- Regularly volunteered as a Technical Writer to compose important technical documents, audits, business proposals, and tech reviews to help guide team efficiencies via Confluence.- Regularly conducted system wide audits, compiled reports, and made team presentations while taking the impetus for initiating Jira tasks and carrying them out. - Maintained regular study, outside of work, in other programming languages and systems in order to bring new ideas of efficiencies, standards, and implementations to the team.- Assisted in updating our integration with Universal Analytics to Google Analytics 4 providing a scaling deployment system of metric tracking across all of our websites.
