My role is to bring our nominated Charitys Doctor's without Boarder's, the Fred Hollows Foundation, Amnesty International and now The Taronga Zoo Conservation Society is to raise a certain amount of monthly donor's per week, month, quarter, 6 months or annauly. We do this from meeting members of the public face to face while sitting or standing at a Doctors without Boarder's or Taronga Zoo Conservation Society stall in shopping centres, events and other designated locations. Apart from fundraising myself have also been responsible for hiring, training and managing new and experienced fundraisers while also managing our teams KPI's aswell my own personal KPI's and ensuring we exceed those target's.

Achievements and skills acquired :Joined 50 business's to the Australian Bartercard network in Brisbane. Had the highest average annual turnover for the business's joined to the Bartercard network from the Brisbane Bartercard Business Development team. Achieved a very high level of skill and competency setting telephone appointments from cold leads and self generated leads. Became very proficient at lead generation. Built a high skill level of making instant rapport with Business owners and managers to help set future appointments to ultimately join them to the Batercard network. Acquired a high skill level of appointment planning and scheduling of 15-25 appointments per week in locations all over the entire greater Brisbane region including Ipswich, Logan, Burpengary, Brisbane CBD and Cleveland and everywhere in between.
